The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for all local customer service activities and processes for food customers.
Core Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for customer service function.
- Update PO received in timely manner and process order.
- Handle all local delivery, direct indent shipment.
- Invoice to customer in timely manner.
- Liaise with transporters for the delivery.
- Liaise with warehouse for delivery arrangement or any stocks issue.
- Always support Go-to Market team.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Diploma / Bachelor degree in related field
- Work experience in Customer service field in manufacturing industry
- English and Bahasa Melayu fluency, both written and spoken
- SAP system experience is advantageous
- Mandarin language is desirable
- Good communication skills and experience working on a team.
- Good organization skills, attention to details and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to be highly adaptable, flexible and desire to learn
- Must be self-motivated, initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
