  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Summary of the job:

  1. Sourcing and strategies freight and other logistics services rate from nationwide and also globally through current vendors and network, as a product for Sales to promote and grow. Ensuring profitability, sustainability, customer’s satisfaction and providing solutions meeting their expectations as well as Company’s financial objective. To support initiatives by the Head of Freight Management Services as time and environment warrants.
  2. Ensure maximum (optimal) utilization of resources with the objective of meeting the customers’ (expectation) satisfaction and Company’s goals.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordination and management of rate request for freight, inland trucking and other services from Sales/CRM
  2. Source and provide competitive rate to Sales/CRM
  3. Establish and maintain list of vendor / network to cater for logistics requirement locally and globally
  4. Monitor vendor’s performance and responsible to ensure vendors follow company’s policies and operation process flow without failure.
  5. Participate and support 3rd party service provider selection
  6. To keep record and tracking of all quotation provided to Sales/CRM
  7. Any other job assigns by immediate superior from time to time

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Economics/CIT/Advance Diploma in Logistics or equivalent;
  2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
  3. Computer literate;
  4. Business Communication;
  5. Professional Negotiation Skills;
  6. Mobility;
  7. Market, Product & Industry knowledge.
