Job Description: Overview:As part of the Inside Sales Organization Team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for MovingWalls Marketplace. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and exceeding sales targets. You will work closely with our sales team, marketing team, and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
Primary Responsibilities1. Sales Acquisition
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the target market.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
2. Account Management
- Build strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Renew existing contracts and expand client partnerships.
4. Sales Funnel Management
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking opportunities and forecasting revenue.
- Prioritize leads and allocate time efficiently.
- Use sales tools and CRM to track sales activities.
5. Market Knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of the DOOH advertising industry.

Key QualificationsExperience & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in sales CRM and sales tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tools:
- CRM Tools: Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
