JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media promptly and professionally.
  2. Manage customer conversations across all our support channels.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
  4. Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently, including sending appointment reminders.
  5. Proactively engage with patients to assess and meet their needs, ensuring a satisfactory experience.
  6. Provide information and counseling about the services, procedures, and pricing to patients.
  7. Address patient inquiries and concerns.
  8. Utilize effective sales techniques to meet sales targets while always prioritizing patients' needs and satisfaction.
  9. Meet sales targets and progress reports.
  10. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies, promotions, and events.
  11. Support the front desk operations when necessary.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

CRITERIA :

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Preferable candidates with a healthcare background.
