JOB DESCRIPTION
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media promptly and professionally.
- Manage customer conversations across all our support channels.
- Provide excellent customer service to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently, including sending appointment reminders.
- Proactively engage with patients to assess and meet their needs, ensuring a satisfactory experience.
- Provide information and counseling about the services, procedures, and pricing to patients.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet sales targets while always prioritizing patients' needs and satisfaction.
- Meet sales targets and progress reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies, promotions, and events.
- Support the front desk operations when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
CRITERIA :
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Preferable candidates with a healthcare background.
