Requirement:
- SPM, STPM or Diploma in any relevant field
- Proven work experience as administrative or similar role with 2 or 3 years’ experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Team player as he/she will be working with Trail Capabilities Dept
Responsibilities:
- To key in data /report
- To send our email to customer/vendors
- Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Others information:
- Contract 1 year
- Attire is office attire (Monday-Thursday), & Casual attire (Friday)
- Working from Monday-Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
