Responsibilities:

  • To key in data /report
  • To send our email to customer/vendors
  • Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
  • Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirement:

  • SPM, STPM or Diploma in any relevant field
  • Proven work experience as administrative or similar role with 2 or 3 years’ experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
