Job Description
- Position Title Admin Assistant

- Purpose of Function
- The basic function of the Admin Assistant includes providing general office support to both employees and company.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Administrative task
- Support daily administrative tasks, answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Office facility management- arrange and co-ordinate with external service companies on maintenance of the office facility
- Organising travel and accommodation for staff
Others
- Any additional duties not listed above that may be deemed as appropriate by the superior.

Functionally reports to: Credit & Admin Controller
Administratively reports to: Credit & Admin Controller
Position Requirements
- Education Certificate/ Diploma in related field
- Related Experience
- Skills, Special Competencies, or Certifications Sound communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Good team player.
- Basic PC skills e.g MS office
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
