Lecturer (Film)

We are looking for Lecturer (full-time) with the below specializations:

• Film (March / April 2025 Intake)

Responsibilities:

• Teach and supervise students.
• Develop, review and update all learning materials in compliance with the syllabus and curriculum.
• Participate in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
• Provide academic counseling and pastoral care to all students.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field and incorporating them into the curriculum.
• Involve in campus activities when required.

Requirements:

• A Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Film Studies, Media Broadcasting, or a relevant area of expertise or specialisation.
• At least 3-5 years teaching and / with industry experience in Film production.
• Proven record of creative outputs would be an added advantage.
• Teaching Subjects: Film Production / VIDEO Features / Television Drama / European Film
• Good command of the English language.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong commitment and passionate in teaching young adults of diverse backgrounds.
• Film industry networking experience and experience in handling industry competitions are both added advantages.
