Job Highlights

• Provide customer services for clients.
• Offer advice on product and packages that’ll best meet client's preference.
• Employs cross selling and up selling techniques.
• Manages Cash, Card or Online transactions with customers.
• Manages the studio social media.
• Manages customer appointments.
• Assist photographer and customer during photography session.
• Handle refunds or exchange for product returns.
• Handling complaints and resolve customer enquiries.
• Balance cash registers during closing time.

Job Requirements

• Applicant must be a Degree or Diploma student from any Business Administration related fields.
• Will be working closely with children and parents.
• Creative and innovative, good communication skills, dependable and detail-oriented.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English.
• Selected applicant will work in Amazing Baby, Bukit Jalil, KL.

Required documents

• Transcripts from SPM to current level;

Job Types: Permanent, Contract, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
