  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • To handle day to day ICT infrastructure troubleshooting for computer desktop, laptops, printers, photocopies, scanner, CCTV, etc.
  • Configure, administer and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks.
  • Review and test on new version or release of software to be implemented in company computers.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation of company hardware, software, login credentials.
  • Provide user training on usage of IT hardware and software.
  • Configure and troubleshoot room key cards readers (TESA and Intego) and software.
  • Assist to setup computer workstations as and when required.
  • Server maintenance and monitoring, liaise with vendor to replace faulty parts when required.
  • Troubleshoot office internet and hotel WiFi system, which include checking and rebooting (remotely or physically) WiFi access point and network switches, and escalate issues to service provider if necessary.
  • Provide technical implementation on IT-related requirements for hotel seminars and events.
  • Create, edit, and update user access permissions for computers and systems.
  • Guide staff to perform 1st level troubleshooting for common IT issues.
  • Create and update company IT inventory documents.
  • Coordinate and supervise IT-related renovation and cabling works.
  • Participate in IT projects (software and hardware).
  • To undertake task assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirement

  • Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor degree in computer science or computer engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in IT hardware and software.
  • Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge in networking, computer troubleshooting and common office software.
  • Knowledge in Point-Of-Sale and CCTV system will be added advantage.
  • Willing to travel to provide IT support.
  • Possess own transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

Experience:

  • IT: 1 year (Preferred)
