The company is a marketing advertising agency seeking an experienced and talented Ads Specialist to join as part of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement targeted digital advertising strategies to support business objectives on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Plan, executed, monitor, and optimized ad campaigns across paid search, social, and display networks.
- Create audience segments for ad targeting and retargeting to increase conversions.
- Develop A/B testing plans to enhance ad performance, messaging, and visuals.
- Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns to ensure meeting performance benchmarks like CPA, CTR, and ROI.
- Analyze data from Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and other tools to provide actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns and adjust or terminate underperforming ones.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and next steps.
- Present findings to stakeholders, aligning campaign performance with broader business goals.
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to align ad creative with brand identity and messaging.
- Collaborate on cross-channel marketing strategies to amplify reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising, related experience in paid search, display ads, social media ads, and other advertising channels.
- the candidate is passionate about staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with other teams.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Web Development and Analytics Experience
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and the ability to set up tracking codes for performance measurement.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how they can impact paid media campaigns.
- Ability to analyze web traffic data and integrate findings into advertising strategies to improve conversion rates.
