Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints to establish a good relationship with customers.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via various E-Commerce platforms, such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries, questions and complaints are resolved in accordance with company processes and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, working towards positive solutions.
  • Identify and communicate feedback from customers with the team for continuous improvement and solutions.
  • Maintaining the good response rate for all the E-Commerce platforms.
  • Work closely with internal team and clients to ensure the accuracy of backend setting such as pricing, product listings, campaign banners and collaterals, and inventory of products.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in E-commerce/ Marketing/ Advertising/ Media Planning/ Arts and Creative/ Business or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce industry.
  • Experience in E-commerce marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada) is a strong plus.
  • Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin communication is highly advantageous.
  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good problem solving skills, initiative, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
