Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Management

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Work closely with product and creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and branding guidelines.
  • Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns to strengthen the company’s market position.
  • Monitor brand perception and address any inconsistencies in messaging or representation.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and visibility.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, including website analytics, social media engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce compelling blog posts, email newsletters, and social media updates.

3. Content Creation & Management

  • Develop engaging content for websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
  • Ensure content aligns with the brand tone, voice, and identity.
  • Collaborate with product, graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create visual assets.

4. Social Media Management

  • Plan and execute social media strategies that increase followers, drive engagement, and enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with the online community.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend new ways to attract and retain followers.

5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Use insights from market research to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyse the performance of digital campaigns and generate reports with actionable insights.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights to measure ROI.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful brand and digital campaigns.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.

Pay: RM3,900.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
