Marketing Executive (Including Content Creator)

Job Descriptions: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, traditional, and offline platforms to drive revenue and increase brand awareness Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities Collaborate with the marketing team to create creative and effective marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, promotional videos, and social media content Assist in managing and ensuring the success of all marketing activities across various channels such as offline, digital and e-commerce Analyze campaign performance and KPIs to measure effectiveness and optimise future campaigns Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives within budget and timeline constraints Assist in planning budgets and monitoring expenses Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales & marketing initiatives Assist in organising and attending marketing events Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary Requirements: Minimum of a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication or a related field At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a marketing role Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms is a plus A strong team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Creative, resourceful and skilled in networking to create impactful marketing solutions Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Flexible and willing to work long or irregular hours when required for events.
