Main Mission:  Responsible for the company's daily administrative work, such as answering calls, recording messages, and providing administrative support when needed. Duties:  Act as a communication bridge between humans and internal or external customers.  Document processing, issuing notices, sending and receiving courier, printing, copying documents.  Keep the office clean often, and arrange cleaning staff to come and clean from time to time.  Schedule meetings and send reminders beforehand.  Listen and record all the contents of the meeting, organize the meeting minutes and send them to everyone.  Responsible for the purchase of daily supplies, management of office supplies, registration of office supplies and conference supplies rental records.  Maintain good relationships with suppliers and record past orders and get affordable prices when needed.  Assist the company to develop a complete and effective archiving system.  Any task assigned by the supervisor. Required Mentality:  Careful  Considerate  Willing to deal with people  Organizational skills Required Skills:  Know how to use Lark products and use it for issuing invitation or uploading files.  Know how to organize files and carry out systematic archiving.  In-depth understanding of industry needs, know how to contact different suppliers, find out the most affordable and best quality suppliers. Required Knowledge:  Familiar with Lark products, such as MESSANGER, CALENDER and TASK.  Understand the basic operation of SQL accounting software.  Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).  Familiar with purchasing process.
