Job Title: Account Executive

Job Description:
- Handle day-to-day accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and monthly account reconciliations.
- Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts and assist in financial reporting.
- Liaise with internal teams, external auditors, and relevant stakeholders on accounting matters.
- Monitor cash flow, assist in budgeting, and maintain financial records in accordance with company policies.
- Support the preparation of tax submissions, SST, and other regulatory compliance matters.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, or other ERP systems).
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM4,500 (based on experience).
