Key Roles:
1. General
Project, Plan and Propose marketing activities which is in line with the Annual Management Plan (AMP).
Prepare proposal/approval paper for initiatives to drive revenue.
Gather market information for benchmarking and further improvement.
Prepare weekly and monthly report with regards to results of promotions.
2. Marketing
Assist to handle all branding.
Prepare sales and marketing materials for branding and promotions.
Create and market products and services including rooms, memberships, F&B, events, facilities and space rentals.
3. Social media
To develop and manage all website and social media contents
Assist to manage all digital marketing efforts.
To explore new social media channels and strategies and stay abreast with digital marketing trends to reach our target customer
4. Content Creator
Create original, creative, attractive content to maintain effective marketing campaigns/ online advertisement and social media networks.
Plan, strategies and execute all digital marketing platforms, including email marketing, social media marketing, affiliates program, and display advertising campaigns
5. Designing
To ensure the visuals within the GHGR are updated & well maintained.
To ensure all artworks produced meet the needs, requirements and brand values.
To maintain and produce media library including photographs and digital content for social media and other sales & marketing use and purposes.
6. Collaborations
Develop, manage & solicit revenue driven collaborations i.e Smart Partnership, sponsorship programs and advertising space rental.
7. Others
Emceeing any Club events.
To assist superior to maintain asset and inventories (prepares MRF, document for purchase etc).
Assist the Marketing Communications Manager on any other related matters/assignments as and when required.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Advertising/Mass Communication/Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
Ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Must be able to multitask, work on several projects at one time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
