Scrum Master Executive

FarmByte Sdn Bhd is expanding bigger in Kuala Lumpur and is looking for a young and challenging candidate to fulfill these Job Descriptions below;

• In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Proven experience in software development or technical roles, with a solid grasp of Agile software development practices.
• Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration among teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks, risks, and issues.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to improve team performance.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP certification is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
• Good knowledge in verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good knowledge in writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
• Good personality as a leader with a team player spirit.
• Driven to achieve targets and achieve goals.
