Main Responsibilities:
- Planning delivery by organizing truck loads, routing schedules and driver availability as per customer requirements.
- Utilising the GPS Tracking System to monitor and supervise the driver’s delivery status to ensure timely collection and delivery.
- Update the delivery status in real time basis within the required time frame.
- Coordinating closely with drivers to report and provide quick responses to customers for any issues affecting collection and delivery.
- Able to handle export and import shipments.
- Work closely with truckers/drivers to optimize cost.
- Able to work closely with port personal (Northport and Westport) to solve daily issues for haulage.
- Work closely with operation team to ensure on-time shipment documentation.
- Work closely with internal and external parties (forwarding agent) to ensure on-time custom clearance and delivery.
- Manage dispute, continuous driving quality performance of vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
- Planning for supply and demand the right assumption to minimize logistics cost.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English to liaise with associates
- No work experience required.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or any related/supporting fields will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.
- Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
