RETAIL SUPERVISOR

• Record correctly stock inventories on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as required;
• To assist the Company to increase the sales performance and reduce operational expenses and minimize the losses of company product;
• Prepares weekly/monthly sales reports in coordination with the retail and concession sections;
• Supervise workers' compliance with working requirement, sanitation, cleanliness, health and safety standards;
• Conducts daily pep talks with workers to remind them of daily sales target and motivates them to perform at their best;
• To evaluate annual performance appraisal for your workers;
• Attend meetings as directed by the Concessions Head/Manager.

MERCHANDISER

• Ensures that the shelves of a retail store are stocked with products and displays them accordingly for customers;
• Coordinates with brand coordinators matters regarding merchandise requests and reports stock movement and customer feedback;
• Doing concession market survey to gather information in maintaining market competitiveness;
• Ensure the implementation of the highest standards in customer service/requirement; constantly seek out ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profits;
• Must be able to analyze sales, inventory, and trend data to make informed decisions about product placement and promotions

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• At least 1-2 years retail / merchandiser experience;
• High mobility (requires movement from one outlet to another outlet);
• Flexible working time (9 hours);
• Computer literature is a must;
• Mandarin speaker is an advantages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
