Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Ensure that all dishes are clean, dry, and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and countertops.
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently and monitor for cleanliness and safety.
- Sort and organize dishes, utensils, and other items to be cleaned.
- Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment, such as ovens, grills, and fryers, when needed.
- Remove trash and waste from the kitchen area and ensure proper disposal.
- Assist kitchen staff with food prep and organization when needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Report any broken or damaged dishes or equipment to the supervisor.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining areas.
- Participate in regular deep cleaning tasks as required by management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
