Job Description:
- Support the management of overall housekeeping operations, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Perform routine inspections to pinpoint areas needing improvement or attention and implement corrective measures as required.
- Assist in monitoring housekeeping inventory and coordinating the procurement of supplies and equipment to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Report any pest control concerns to the Housekeeping Manager or Operations Manager.
- Oversee and uphold cleanliness, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with laws and company standards.
- Ensure proper management and tracking of lost and found items.
- Conduct regular, detailed inspections of guest rooms and overall room areas in collaboration with the Front Office Manager, Housekeeping Manager, and Operations Manager.
- Address guest and internal customer inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently, ensuring all issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations and deliver exceptional service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Hotel/Resort: 4 years (Preferred)
- Assistant Housekeeper or similar role: 4 years (Preferred)
