- Support the execution and management of ESC (Exclusive Service Center) service store regulations and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures within the store.
- Assist the Country Service Manager with various tasks and projects to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assists in spare part management in the store.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and dealers, skilled in effectively managing customer complaint cases.
- Produce and distribute weekly service operation reports and summarize areas need improvement.
Requirements
- At least Diploma and above
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a service management role.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa and Mandarin (Must communicate in Manadarin)
- Good communication skill and engaging personality
- Out-going, energetic and able to work with public
Working Location: Midvalley Megamall
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
