Production Executive

Duties & Responsibilities • Developing and implementing operational strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals. Managing and supervising staff members to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver quality services. Monitoring and analysing operational performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed. Developing and maintaining relationships with other stakeholders to ensure the organization has the resources needed to operate effectively. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. Leading projects and initiatives to improve operational processes and systems. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
