*1-year contract (Renewable/Perm subjected to the performance)
*Rotational shift (8 AM-8 PM or 8 PM-8 AM)
*Monday – Sunday
*4 days of working/ 3 days Off (Rotational)
*Basic Salary UP TO RM4700 (only can be confirmed after interview)
*Shift Allowance provided(RM300)

JOBSCOPE
· Answer incoming calls from customers to log a problem ticket.
· Arrive to post on time and ready to work assigned hours.
· Manage and respond to telephone calls, emails, and electronic systems using customer-oriented etiquette.
· Address customer issues, ensuring contract service levels and objectives are met.
· Receive inbound calls, as required, and make outbound calls for resource/parts management, appointment reminders, and escalations where required.
· Schedule and place follow-up calls/emails in response to customer inquiries.
· Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
· Work with the customer service team to improve serviceability and process enhancements.
· Provide necessary support product/support process-related information.
· Minimum Diploma (any background) negotiable
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
