Position: Finance & HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
· The Finance Executive is responsible to provide financial and accounting support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
· Prepare Proforma Invoice, Tax Invoice.
· Prepare Withholding Tax Certificate.
· Monitoring of receivables and expedite collections on past due invoices.
· Manage all accounting transaction (Accounts Payables, Aged Receivables, and General Ledger)
· Prepare and submit monthly Tax returns to Government.
· Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
· Monthly Account Closing and Balance Sheet Schedule.
· Publish the financial Report on time.
· Maintain fixed asset register
· Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the management.
· Performing a variety of accounting reconciliations including intercompany accounts.
· Liaising with procurement and logistic departments on accounting activities.
· Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
· Comply with financial policies and regulations.
· Able to multitask & handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.
HR Recruitment & Administration
· Posting of job advertisements to attract potential candidates.
· Coordination of the vacancy with recruitment agency.
· Coordination of job interviews with potential candidates.
· Briefing candidates on job details.
· Work Permit application and renewal.
· Prepare Payroll Report & manage personal reimbursement report.
· Prepare and submit Monthly Contributions to Government.
Qualification:
· At least Diploma certificate.
· Able to handle Full set of account.
· Able to liaise with English speaking clients and associates.
· At least 2 years of relevant experience.
· Able to work in a team and independently when required.
· Good with MS Office such as words and excel.
Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 01/01/2025
