  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Oversee daily activities and performance of the sales team, ensuring that targets and KPIs are met.
  • Track and manage the daily WhatsApp status updates from sales team members.
  • Monitor daily live sessions to ensure effective customer engagement and product promotion.
  • Track leads within the team’s Telegram group to maintain follow-up and close sales opportunities.
  • Set, track, and analyze KPIs for each sales team member, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports to the Sales Manager, summarizing team performance and suggesting areas for improvement.
  • Delegate database leads to the sales team, ensuring that each lead is properly assigned and followed up.
  • Monitor lead progress to ensure timely follow-up and conversions.
  • Inform the HR department about training needs for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Regularly assess the team’s training needs and coordinate with the Sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
