  • Assist in the creation and execution of social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video) that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of social media content.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and feedback, and engage with followers to foster community and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, using insights and third party tools to optimize content and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
  • Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget tracking, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and brand ambassadors to leverage their networks for greater reach and engagement.
  • Support the development and maintenance of relationships with KOLs to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Assist in identifying and recruiting new KOLs and influencers that align with the brand's values and goals.
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin in both written and verbal is a strong advantage to curate Mandarin contents.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Basic graphic design skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for social media and staying current with industry trends.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and KOL management is a plus
