Administration Tasks/Scope of Work :-
- Perform clerical duties and administrative processes.
- Perform administration tasks (filing, scanning, binding, typing, copying, etc.)
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Provide courteous and professional communication.
- Work together in a team, and ask questions if you don't understand.
- Helping with work involving payment processing, invoices, payment vouchers & quotations.
- Willing to help with ad-hoc work/tasks and so on.
Minimum Qualification :-
- STPM/Diploma
- Aged 20-35 years
- Experience using basic Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel, Pdf)
- Yes/No work experience is welcome
