1. Receive and Inspection customer vehicles for service or repair job and raise repair orders on systems.
2. Technically competent to understand the customer needs and requirements and accordingly raise Service Order.
3. Provide a detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost estimation and obtain approval from customers,
4. Able to make every effort to resolve customer complaints and ensure the customer has a positive ownership experience with Auto Gallery group.
5. Regularly follow-up with Foreman or Technicians on the vehicles and update once the vehicle is ready and ensure the delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.
6. Create invoices on system and ensure receive payment correctly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
