  • To maintain a complete filing & documentation for every truck repair / part replacement.
  • To assist in record keeping, scheduling for all truck for inspections, delivery etc.
  • To maintain complete inventory record of logistic equipment.
  • Responsible for the review, verification, and reconciliation of shipping documents.
  • Issuance of Driver Commission Report, Collection Order, Receipts, Fuel Top-Up Chits, Weight Chits & Toll Claims.
  • To maintain a record of driver accidents, mishaps, tyre puncture to be filled into driver personal file to be submitted.
  • Monitors material transported and delivered for timeliness and legality.
  • To educate and enforce safety SOPs for handling the transportation of scrap, equipment, and bins.
  • Preparation of Collection MEMOs & Delivery MEMOs.
  • To prepare GPS summary document to be attached between diesel re-fueling chits.
  • To verify the Early Bird service incentive from GPS system.
  • To ensure GPS monitoring system is working well at all times; should repairs be required to organize repairs at workshop or designed panel workshop within 3 working days.
  • To ensure documentations are prepared, filed submitted to Superiors in advance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
