Key Responsibilities:
*Human Resources Support:
1) Assist in recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
2) Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
3)Executed monthly payroll and overtime calculations.
4) Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
5) Perform General HR functions and admin support.
5)Executed the task assigned by management from time to time.
*Administrative Support*
1) Answer phone calls, handle emails, and manage office communications to ensure smooth workflow.
2) Maintain office supplies, including managing inventories, ordering items, and liaising with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
3) Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees.
4) Oversee general office operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the office environment.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
