The Key Account Manager, Sales should be a self-motivated professional with and anoutstanding track record in sales. In this position, the Key Account Manager, Sales will be responsiblefor meeting individual quarterly sales results within assigned locations andaccounts. The Key Account Manager, Sales should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided, while developing and sustaining solid relationships with keyclients that bring in the most business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute astrategic quarterly plan to achieve sales key results and deliver key metricsof conversion and price per workstation.
- Manage and develop apipeline of new and repeat business to maximise workstation occupancy and eventspace bookings.
- Source, attract and closedeals for tenants of all sizes.
- Develop and maintainrelationships with key accounts to build a pipeline of direct lead generationand referrals.
- Realize the entire salesprocess, from qualification, site visits, negotiation, to closing deals.
- Work with various stakeholders to drive Colony Guest satisfaction to ensure opportunities for additionalbusiness growth.
- Maintain a high level ofknowledge of Colony’s offerings while staying current in understanding thecompetitive landscape and industry trends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
