Accounting :
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare, monitor & report all accounts payable and receivable transaction.
- Conduct year-end closing procedures and assist with the annual audit process and tax return process, providing necessary documentation and reports.
Payroll :
- Process payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and bonuses.
- Manage statutory contributions (SOCSO, EPF, PCB) and ensure timely submissions.
Admin :
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including office supplies management and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
- Assisting with HR tasks, including recruitment and onboarding processes.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- At least one year of accounting and HR experience
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
