Responsibilities

  • Delivers a unique customer experience which aligns with the company's values
  • Provides consultation to parents and students on courses via phone, messages, email, social media, and face-to-face
  • Acquires and maintains excellent knowledge of our services and values
  • Strategically develops and implements strategies to grow the company's numbers and improve services
  • Maintains and updates databases in a timely and accurate manner
  • Recommends and implements improvements to existing processes and systems
  • Provides regular reports to the company's leadership team
  • Plans and coordinates events, which may include holiday programmes, promotional events, and internal events
  • Participates in regular professional development training and skills programmes as required
  • Approaches new opportunities with a hard-working, flexible, can-do approach
  • Dresses in a modest and professional manner
  • Maintains standards of conduct reflective of Dynamic Language Centre
  • Works 5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays
  • Completes any lawful instructions given and/or work assigned by any Principal, Director, or Managerial Staff of DLC, which may or may not be related to the position

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
