KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend outbound and inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
To attend admin functions – enquiry from CS & ASK mailbox.
Attend EZ Connect enquiry via Whatsapp diligently.
To handle returned agreement, RC request and to arrange to send redemption merchandise to customers.
Diligently perform relief function as assigned in absence of any team member. JOB
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum bachelor’s degree
Minimum 1 year of working experience in related industry
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 7 months
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
