Job Summary

FastLap Garage is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. You will ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on various types of vehicles, including routine maintenance services.
  • Identify mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks.
  • Repair or replace worn and damaged parts such as brakes, suspension, and engines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of all repair work.
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining vehicle issues and repair options clearly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair methods.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or a similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and diagnostics.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
