Role Overview
The Pet Care Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards our clients expect. This role involves cat grooming, cat sitting, and ensuring every feline in our care is treated with love, respect, and precision. We’re looking for someone who can deliver the best quality service while aligning with our company’s mission of trust and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cat Grooming:
- Provide grooming services, including bathing, brushing, nail trimming, and styling as needed.
- Handle cats with care and ensure they remain comfortable and stress-free throughout the grooming process.
2. Cat Sitting:
- Monitor and care for cats, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in accordance with company standards.
3. Customer Interaction:
- Communicate with pet owners about their cat’s needs, grooming preferences, or special requirements.
- Provide regular updates to customers, including photos and videos, to ensure they have the best experience not just for their cats but also for their peace of mind.
- Provide advice and recommendations to enhance the pet’s well-being.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong passion for animals, especially cats, and an understanding of their behavior and needs.
- Previous experience in cat grooming or pet care is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle cats with various temperaments.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary: RM2,000 per month.
- During the 3-month probation period: RM1,800 per month, with a confirmation bonus of RM600 upon successful confirmation.
