Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Control (QC): Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Develop and implement QC protocols to meet industry and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records of QC activities, test results, and product specifications. Identify and address quality issues promptly to minimize production disruptions. Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards. 2. Research & Development (R&D): Develop and test new products, formulations, or processes to meet market needs. Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor products. Optimize existing products for improved quality, cost-efficiency, or performance. Experiment with new raw materials or technologies to enhance product innovation. Prepare and present detailed R&D reports and findings to management. 3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with production, marketing, and sales teams to align product goals. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment for continuous improvement. Train team members on QC processes and the technical aspects of product development. 4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with local and international regulatory requirements. Stay updated on changes in industry standards and integrate them into operations. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field. Proven track record in Quality Control and R&D roles, preferably in the [specific industry, e.g., beverage, food]. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Passion for innovation and commitment to quality.
