Accounting Responsibilities Bookkeeping and Financial Records Maintain accurate financial records, including daily transactions, invoices, and receipts. Assist in cash flow monitoring and management. 5. Tax and Compliance Assist in preparing tax documents and filings. Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies. Human Resource Responsibilities Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and complaints. Supported organizing team-building activities or training sessions. 2. Policy Compliance Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring adherence to labor laws. Help in drafting and updating employee handbooks or policy documents. 3. Attendance and Leave Management Track and manage employee attendance, leave, and time-off records. Assist in generating attendance and leave reports for management. 4. Administrative Support Provide administrative assistance to both the finance and HR teams. Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
