We are a thriving homestay business focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Supervisor Runner to join our team and ensure smooth operations across all our properties.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day operations of the homestay properties.
Perform routine checks to ensure properties are well-maintained and guest-ready.
Manage stock levels for essentials and amenities.
Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Ensure cleaning schedules are followed and properties meet cleanliness standards.
Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
Inspect and ensure units and facilities are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
Supervise and guide housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Run errands and coordinate deliveries as required.
Monitor inventory and supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
Uphold safety and quality standards across the property.
Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality or property management is an advantage.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Must have a valid driver’s license and access to transportation.
Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays, as required.
