As an Operations and Admin Support, you will be responsible for assisting with various operations and administrative tasks while ensuring the business processes are effective and efficient. You will work closely with our team to maintain a high level of organizational efficiency and contribute to overall company success.

- Manage Marketing and Office calendars, schedules, and appointments.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with data entry, maintaining records, and filing systems
- Coordinate meetings and assist with event planning
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Fulfil Shopping platforms such as Tik Tok, Shopee and Lazada orders.
- Contribute and execute social media marketing.
- Assist with project management tasks and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Perform general office duties such as attending to walk in customers and managing office maintenance.
- Contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures
- Any other job tasks assigned.
