Production Executive

• Supervise planning division, maintenance, incoming store and production

section. (as per organization chart)

• Lead the team members in the production in accordance with work

instructions and company policy to ensure a quality product delivered on
time.

• Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety standards as

required by law and company policy.

• Recommend process improvements and cost reduction to enhance

production quality and capacity.

• Coaches and provides technical expertise to resolve processing issues,

creates and ensures correction and corrective action are implemented.

• Monitoring and follow up the production progress in accordance with the

production schedule.

• To responsible for the machine utilization rate is in maximum.
• To implement and maintain a 6S good house keeping practices, process

control and continuous improvement.

• Identify subordinate training needs.
• To ensure the implementation of ISO 9001 QMS.
• To enhance the achievement of departmental key performance indicator.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior

from time to time.
Other terms and condition remains unchanged as per appointment letter.
