We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin cum HR Executive to support our administrative and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office organization, supply management, and correspondence.
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate timekeeping.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Organize company events and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative and HR roles is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
