              • Collaboration:

                Work closely with internal members to align marketing activities with business objectives and customer needs, ensuring a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints.

                • Performance Tracking and Reporting:

                  Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, including KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies based on findings.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in digital marketing, branding, event marketing, and content creation.
  • Proven success in managing cross-channel campaigns in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
