Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets for fleet vehicle sales.
2) Identify and approach corporate clients (e.g., companies, government bodies, car rental firms) that need fleet vehicles.
3) Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring both competitive and profitable deals.
4) Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, offering after-sales support and resolving any issues promptly.
5) Work closely with the showroom and service center teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and maintenance services for fleet customers.
6) Conduct market research to stay informed on trends, competitors, and customer needs.
7) Report sales performance to senior management and suggest strategies to improve.
8) Manage customer accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
9) Ensure compliance with company policies and local automotive regulations.
