1. Facilities Management: Oversee utilities (e.g., water, electricity), HVAC systems, elevators, and other essential services.
2. Service Contracts: Manage and review service agreements for facilities maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping services.
3. Documentation & Filing: Maintain and organize property records, including tenant information, leases, contracts, and vendor details.
4. Office Management: Ensure the smooth functioning of the office by managing supplies, coordinating meetings, and maintaining general office systems.
5. Correspondence: Handle inquiries from tenants, owners, and other stakeholders, providing information, assistance, and resolution to issues.
6. Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports on occupancy, rent collections, maintenance schedules, and other property-related activities.
7. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain the inventory of property supplies such as cleaning materials, maintenance tools, and office equipment.
