Job Description

  • Performs routine business processing transactions and may involve independent thinking, including data-entry in system, issuing policy documents and billing premiums based on set guidelines. Involve analysis and investigation during handling the account.
  • Review, evaluate, verify and process work for business. This includes calculation of taxes / adjustments, billing premiums and issuing policies to the client.
  • Organizes and maintains electronic databases. Performs data input and maintenance.
  • Respond to queries by Clients, Producing Office or Underwriters.
  • Review, investigate and rectify all the rework issue if any.
  • Preparing reports as and when required by management
  • Address client and broker queries through email and calls, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Handle escalations from stakeholders, demonstrating strong complaint management skills to resolve issues effectively.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly calls with business and regional stakeholders to address outstanding accounts and other concerns.

Job Qualifications

  • Fluent in written and oral English communication.
  • Proficiency in Thai is required for handling the Thailand market, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.
  • Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidate within insurance industry.
  • Work shifts aligned with the supported region, including Malaysia public holidays.
