Job Description
We are looking for a Admin to join our team and support site operations effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of administrative tasks at the construction site and act as a key liaison between the site team and the office.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain documentation, including contracts, project schedules, and reports.
- Assist in procurement and coordination of materials and equipment for site operations.
- Handle daily attendance and record management for site workers.
- Facilitate communication between the site team and head office.
- Monitor inventory and ensure supplies are adequately stocked at the site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Support site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate logistics for site activities and manage vendor relationships.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in site or construction administration preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of construction operations and terminology is an advantage.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
