Job Description

We are looking for a Admin to join our team and support site operations effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of administrative tasks at the construction site and act as a key liaison between the site team and the office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain documentation, including contracts, project schedules, and reports.
  • Assist in procurement and coordination of materials and equipment for site operations.
  • Handle daily attendance and record management for site workers.
  • Facilitate communication between the site team and head office.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure supplies are adequately stocked at the site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Support site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate logistics for site activities and manage vendor relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Diploma in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in site or construction administration preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Other Requirements:

  • Knowledge of construction operations and terminology is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
