  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and organizational policies.
  • Assist in preparing audit schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Support year-end financial closing and reporting activities.
  • Budgeting and Planning:
  • Collaborate with department heads to prepare and monitor budgets.
  • Provide input for financial planning and strategy development.
  • Track expenditure against approved budgets to avoid overspending.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes for greater efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
